Tigo has implemented a new way to monitor and convey the health of system equipment and how long issues have been present. More advanced than our standard Alerts, we are displaying and tracking the Status of equipment and the changes in the Status over time with industry leading precision and safety monitoring.
Users can see precisely where an issue may be present. Unlike competitive solutions, this health status isn't a static indication. This health status is checking every 5 seconds to get the latest and most accurate status of any piece of equipment. If a piece of equipment had an issue, and if that issue resolves itself, we will keep a record of it. This way, users will know any historical issues that may have impacted production.
At a glance the overall system status will be displayed on the overal fleet systems listing. If a piece of equipment has an issue, it will outline here with a different view.
The ability to filter by equipment type, specific piece of equipment, and the health status type make it easy to find a problematic piece of equipment. This data is kept throughout the life of the equipment for futher analysis.
Users can now go into their profile and choose between imperial and metric units to display their lifetime energy equivalent benefits for using renewable energy sources.
For systems with an EV Charger (European countries only), a new Basic Chart has been added to display when the EV Charger was used and how much energy was used to charge an EV.
